Free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more.
Local pickup is free. Choose "Local pickup" when you order. We'll email you when your order is ready to pick up.
When it ships
- You send your design. We email you a proof.
- You approve the proof. Nothing is engraved, and nothing is charged, before you approve.
- We engrave, finish and pack your order. Ships in 3–5 business days after approval; some products list their own time.
- You get an email with tracking when it ships.
How we ship
Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage (usually 2–5 days in transit), or UPS Ground when that's faster or safer for a large box. Every piece is wrapped to protect the engraving and finish.
Damaged in transit?
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo of the piece and the box, and we'll make it right. See Returns & refunds.
